Moonsand rainbow.

I could be mistaken as I've never worked with moonsand before - but I think these were made using this art medium. I believe this was for made for Father's day 2008!

Colorful Crayon Dinosaur!

Look at this great dinosaur that Nini made! I love the bright colors! She has improved her in her drawing abilities. I think she has more patience!

Kindergarten Memories 2008

Cici and nIni both had a wonderful time at their new school and in their kindergarten year. Here is a huge posterboard book that their teacher put together for them. It is just too big to keep! I took off the important art work and photos after taking these photos:

Nini November to January art.

Nini doesn't like to draw much, but this she did on her own, kind of an abstract art project for her. She made the squiggly lines, colored in certain areas, and then used the whole punches and glued them on her art project. This was totally spontaneous and she had such a fun time!
I apologize, but I can't for the life of me remember why she drew this - something to do with a book they were reading at school. It's creative - maybe and owl? I need to show this to her and ask her tonight!
This project was part of her art class they both took in the winter. The teacher drew the circle and showed them how face poportions work. Look at the great smile she made!
This was project at school where she was asked to show what she was most thankful. The snowman won! I love how happy and defined her snowman is.

This picture had a story with it - which I'll have to reask the details, but it had something to do with the dog rescuing somebody. Quite the interesting picture!

Nini never had the patience to sit and draw, especially people! But early this year, after going on an outing with her and Cici at the park, and after a very long sun drought, she drew this picture of me pushing the girls in their stroller. Wow, I was so proud of her! It must have been a fun time if she sat and had the patience to draw all three of us!

Wow! Look at these colors Nini put together while using the "Paint" program on our computer. I'm not a big component of video games and such on the computer - but I certainly don't mind a program like this than encourages them to make something as colorful and vivid as this drawing. Even a computer mouse can be a medium for little artists!
